Dr Faiza Iqbal, born in Pakistan, received the M.A degree in special education from the University of Punjab, Pakistan in 2013, PGD in speech and language therapy from the University of Education, and a Ph.D. degree in educational psychology from the Universiti of Utara Malaysia, Malaysia, in 2021. She currently works as a full-time assistant professor and academic advisor for the graduate and post-graduate students in the department of English language and literature, faculty of arts and sciences, Near East University, North Cyprus. Her current research interests include inclusive education, teaching strategies for special needs and teachers’ behaviour.
