Elham Azad embarked on her academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts in ELT from Isfahan University between 2004 and 2008. This undergraduate program equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of language pedagogy, setting the stage for her future endeavors. Building upon her commitment to advancing her knowledge and skills, she pursued a Master of Arts in ELT between 2015 and 2017. This graduate program honed her expertise and deepened her understanding of effective language teaching methodologies. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and a desire to contribute to the field, she is currently pursuing a PhD in English Language Teaching at Cyprus International University, a journey that commenced in 2021 and continues to this day. This doctoral pursuit reflects her dedication to research and scholarship in the realm of language education, with the aim of further enriching the field. In addition to her academic achievements, she has amassed a wealth of practical experience in various educational roles. From 2010 to 2017, she served as an English Teacher and Educational Administrator in various institutes in Iran. In this multifaceted role, she played a pivotal role in shaping the institute's curriculum and educational standards, ensuring quality education for countless students. From 2017 to 2021, she served as a University Lecturer at the Islamic Azad University in Isfahan, Iran. Here, she contributed to the academic growth of aspiring language educators and made significant strides in research and pedagogical innovation. After moving to Cyprus, she held the position of English Instructor at the Social Science University of Ankara for 2 years. She is currently teaching at the ELT department at NEU.
