Eftima successfully obtained her bachelor's degree in English language education from Ajdabiya University in Libya, achieving the highest ranking in her university. Her exceptional academic performance was acknowledged by the Libyan Ministry of Education, which awarded her a prestigious scholarship for her achievements. Before pursuing her studies abroad, she worked as a lecturer at Ajdabiya University, where she enthusiastically imparted her knowledge and expertise. She then pursued her Master's degree in English Language Education at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul, Turkey, where she excelled academically with an outstanding GPA. Once again, her exceptional performance earned her another scholarship from the Libyan Ministry of Education to pursue her Ph.D. abroad. She is currently fully engaged in her doctoral studies at Near East University in Northern Cyprus; actively contributing as a part-time lecturer in the English Language Education Department. Her research interests focus on teaching methodology, speaking and writing skills, and critical thinking. Eftima Khalil is a passionate educator and scholar whose academic journey, from Libya to Turkey and now Cyprus, signifies her commitment to excellence in English Language Education.
