
He did Ph.D. Mathematics from the University of Lahore in 2019, Pakistan, and a Postdoc
fellowship from Universitas Airlangga Indonesia (2022), Near East University (2023), North
Cyprus, Turkey and Lebanese American University (2024). Former assistant professor at The
University of Lahore (2015-2022), Khawaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information
Technology (2022-2023), and Adjunct Professor (Research), at Universitas Airlangga (2024-25)
Indonesia. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor Dr. at Department of Mathematics,
Near East University. He has more than eight years of teaching and research experience. He also
supervised the thesis of M.Phil and Ph.D. Mathematics students. The research field is
Mathematical biology, Control theory, Numerical Analysis, and Application of fractional
calculus on Epidemic models. He published more than two hundred twenty research papers in
well-reputed SCI and Scopus journals and presented his work at several national and
international conferences. He is the winner of several awards, such as the Research Excellent
Awards (Best Researcher of the University), in 2019 and 2020 at the University of Lahore. He is
the reviewer of several Web of Science and Scopus journals. He is editor-in-chief of the Journal
of Mathematical Modeling and Fractional Calculus. He completed on funded research project
titled “Modeling strategies with the use of technology for long-term suppression of diseases in
the community” (2024) and “Analysis of Mathematical Epidemiology and Applications” (2025)
with collaborations of International universities. His H index is 30 and i-10 index is 98. His hard
work and passion in research in Applied Mathematics have earned him a place among Stanford
University’s Top 2% Scientists of 2024. His contributions to the field have distinguished him as
one of the most influential figures in the global scientific community.
