Prof. Dr. Allaberen Ashyralyev, 1955 yılında Türkmenistan’ın Könekesir Köyü’nde doğdu. 1972 yılında Könekesir’de liseyi altın madalya ödülü ile bitirdi. Lisans eğitimi sırasında öğrenciler için verilen Lenin bursu ile ödüllendirildi (1974-1977). 1977 yılında da Türkmen Devlet Üniversitesi Matematik Bölümü’nden birincilik derecesi ile mezun oldu. 1983’de Voronezh Devlet Üniversitesi’nde doktorayı ve 1992 yılında aynı üniversiteden ve Ukrayna Bilimler Akademisi Matematik Enstitüsü’nden Bilimler Doktorasını kazandı. Ashyralyev 1983 yılında doktora mezuniyetinde doktora öğrencileri için verilen Birinci Rütbe Ödülü ile mükâfatlandırıldı. 1979,1985, 1991 yıllarında Voronezh Devlet Üniversitesi ve 1987-1988 yılları arasında ABD Santa Barbara Kaliforniya Üniversitesi‘nde misafir araştırmacı olarak çalıştı.

1977-1999 yıllarında kariyerine Türkmen Devlet Üniversitesi Matematik Bölümü’nde öğretim görevlisi, Yrd. Doç. (1985), Doçent (1989), Profesör (1996) olarak devam etti. 1996 yılında Türkmenistan Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından Türkmenistan’ın Başöğretmen (Üstad Muallim) unvanı ile ödüllendirildi.

Profesör Ashyralyev, 1999’dan 30 Haziran 2016 yılına kadar Türkiye FU de Matematik Bölümü ve İlköğretim Matematik Bölümü’nde öğretim üyesi ve Türkmenistan ITTU de misafir öğretim üyesi olarak çalıştı. 2015 yılından beri Almatı, Kazakistan Matematiksel Modelleme Enstitüsü’nde, 2017 den beri ise Rusya Halkların Kardeşliği (RUDN) Üniversitesi’nde misafir profesör olarak çalışmaktadır.

Ashyralyev, Eylül 2016’da Yakın Doğu Üniversitesi Matematik Bölümü’nde Profesör olarak çalışmaya başladığı görevini halen sürdürmektedir. A. Ashyralyev’in araştırma alanı geniştir ve nümerik fonksiyonel analizin, diferansiyel fark problemlerinin iyi tanımlılığı, kısmi diferansiyel denklemler için yüksek dereceden doğruluklu fark şemalarının oluşturulması ve araştırılması, düzgün fark şemaları ve kısmi diferansiyel denklemlerde singüler pertürbasyon problemleri için asimptotik formüller, Banach uzaylarında pozitif diferansiyel ve fark operatörleri ile üretilen kesirli uzayların yapısı, diferansiyel ve fark operatörlerinin pozitifliğinin çalışılması, stokastik kısmi diferansiyel denklemler için fark şemalarının araştırılması, tanımlama problemleri, kesirli kalkülüs ve matematiksel modelleme gibi birçok farklı problemini içermektedir.

Profesör Ashyralyev’in (214 kadarı Web of Science dergi yayınları) yayınlanmış olan 350 den fazla bilimsel makalesi bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca ikisi Birkhauser-Verlag on Operator Theory: Advances and Applications yayınevi tarafından basılmış olan monografi kitabı olan toplamda 12 kitabı basılmıştır. Prof. Ashyralyev, AIP konferans kitapçığının 4 cildinin eş editörlüğü ve Uluslararası ISI dergilerin özel sayılarının 6 cildinin misafir editörlüğünü yapmıştır. 23 Doktora ve 28 Yüksek lisans öğrencisinin danışmalığını yapmıştır.

Dr. Ashyralyev’in Türkmenistan ve Türkiye’de bilim ve teknolojiye büyük katkısı olmuştur ve yaptığı ulusal araştırma ve katıldığı akademik organizasyon sayısına bakılarak bu katkı ölçülebilir. Ayrıca bilim ve teknolojiye Uluslararası düzeyde hatırı sayılır bir katkısı vardır ki bunun en büyük kanıtı ABD, Almanya, Suudi Arabistan, Rusya, Polonya, İspanya, Brezilya, Macaristan, Özbekistan, Azerbaycan, Nijerya, Libya, Bulgaristan, Cezayir, Kırgızistan ve Kazakistan gibi farklı devletlerden araştırmacılarla yaptığı ortak çalışmalardır.

Prof. Ashyralyev, 2015 yılında Merkezi Asya Bölgesinden Dünya Bilim Araştırmacıları içinde Thomson-Reuters Bilim Lideri ve 2012 yılında Dünya İslam Bilimleri Akademisinin üyesi olarak seçilmiştir. 2017’de Türk Dünyası Matematik Topluluğu (TWMS) tarafından Matematiksel Bilimin gelişimine önemli ölçüde katkısından dolayı diploma ile ödüllendirilmiştir.
